Field of Membership:
The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond: Employees of the Franklin Regional School District who work in Franklin Township, Pennsylvania; professional employees teaching full time in the Franklin Regional School District, but hired, assigned, supervised and paid by the Westmoreland County Board of Directors, through the office of the Superintendent of Westmoreland County Schools; employees of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners and/or annuitants under private pension plans provided for the above groups; members of their immediate families; and organizations of such persons.

Minimum Share Balance of $5.00 is required in your share account to be an active member and to be eligible for all other services.

Deposits and Loan Payments may be made by mail, payroll deduction or Direct Deposit through ACH.

Withdrawals are as easy as a phone call. Pick your check up at the office or have it mailed to your home. Cash withdrawals are not available.

Credit Disability and Credit Life Insurances are available to borrowing members wishing to purchase coverage.

Our policy of "once a member, always a member" means you may continue your membership regardless of you employment status

Cause of Loss Policy: Any member who has caused this Credit Union a loss will be denied use of Credit Union services, unless the entire loss is returned to the Credit Union.
